Milestones don’t come along too often so it was time recently to celebrate Community Bank Epping’s community commitment. More than $3 million has now been give out in community funding since the bank opened in 2003.

Community Bank Epping is about more than just offering excellent banking products and services to locals. Our mission also includes supporting the Epping community through grant and sponsorship funding. 80% of profits are earmarked as funding – money that goes to provide new facilities, events, those in need and more. In the early years of the bank, funding was very modest. But with the great support of locals choosing to bank with us and the work of the staff, more funding has been available. Now, up to 50 different projects are funded each year.

Celebrating the milestone that the bank has now returned more than $3 million to our district in community funding called for a little celebration in the bank – bringing together our directors (who give their time and expertise for free) and our terrific staff – Stephen, Junie, Karen and Julie.
