Every year over the last two decades, Community Bank Epping has returned at least 80% of all profits from our branch to the Epping district through community grants and sponsorship. It is the key to our mission as a community bank, working as part of the Bendigo Bank network. See who we supported earlier in 2025 here.
We want to help our community grow and thrive – through supporting local schools and community sport, assisting family and youth charities in vital work, contributing to capital works that provide more community facilities, and sponsoring local events that bring our community together.
A bumper year of funding brought the total amount given back to the community since we were founded in 2003 to over $2.7 million.
If you are a sporting club, or other organisation, looking for annual sponsorship, do not apply in this grants round. This grants round is only for one-off projects (e.g. new capital works or equipment) – not annual recurrent sponsorship.
Please email eppingcbgrants@gmail.com for more information in applying for sponsorship. These applications can be made throughout the year and we will assist you with the process.
Our 2025 community funding program is made available through application ’rounds’, dependent on the successful operation of the bank. The second and final tranche of funding for 2025 ran from 1 August – 31 August 2025 with successful applicants notified in September 2025. The next round will likely open in early 2026.
There are some important eligibility criteria:
