It's time to make things beautiful! This notable wall at 48 Langston Place (yes, the side of the bottle shop) is about to be transformed.

City of Parramatta is looking for expressions of interest to design a transformative mural for this wall. And Community Bank Epping is supporting the project with a community grant.

It will be the third mural we've supported in Epping - check out the other ones on Boronia Grove Community Centre and the Library.

Do you have older relatives or friends who worry about online scams?

Community Bank Epping is supporting a special workshop for older Epping locals to be run by Community Wheels Inc. Transport Parramatta and Cumberland This will cover a wide range of ways to protect yourself online.

The workshop will be on 7 July (10.30am-12.30pm) at Epping Rotary Hall on Blaxland Road.

This is a FREE workshop for seniors from the Epping area but you must register (places are limited) - phone Community Wheels on 📞8868 1400.

This has to be the most fun grant of the year! Community Bank Epping was delighted to fund two great table tennis tables at Epping North Public School. The P&C also worked hard to put the tables together!

Better still - these tables can be used by local residents at the weekend (ONLY!) - just BYO bat and ball. 🏓

School P&Cs initiate and run great extra programs

School P&Cs initiate and run great extra programs at our local schools, so Community Bank Epping loves to support them through our grants program.
Recently, Cheltenham Girls High School P&C launched a Breakfast Club, aiming at not only providing a nutritious breakfast but also bringing girls together from across the years for positive interaction and support.
What a great idea! We were happy to come to the party with funding for new furniture to fit out the brekkie area.

Our branch will be closed on ANZAC Day to pay respect to those that have served and given their lives for this great country.

Whether you do yoga or join a dance group, attend

Whether you do yoga or join a dance group, attend playgroup or take English Language classes - the Epping area has lots of church halls that also double up as community hubs for a vast range of activities.

Usually available at a low-cost, these halls are invaluable to local groups. But they also need new equipment and upgrading from time to time. Community Bank Epping has helped out three of them in recent months:

✅ St Johns Beecroft - with a shiny new wooden floor, great for the babies at playgroup!
✅ Epping Baptist - events are so much easier now with a large dishwasher in the hall kitchen
✅ All Saints North Epping - special chairs for their seniors mobility program, Stepping On
