Community Bank Epping has made its largest ever community contribution to the Epping area through funding for a wide range of projects over the last financial year (2023-4).
In just 12 months, 46 projects have been funded across the district, with assistance for 33 organisations. More than $460,000 of funding has been allocated and brings the total community contribution made by the branch over its 20-year history to nearly $2.5million.
The funding went to:
From new sports club canteens to helping Riding for the Disabled, assisting school P&Cs and sponsoring music concerts, funding domestic violence and childhood trauma projects, there is a great variety of organisations around Epping that benefit from our grants program.
This is only made possible through local residents choosing to bank with our Bendigo Bank branch. When the branch is financially successful, we return 80% of profits to the community through funding assistance. So thank you to all our customers!
