Looking for the right Epping venues to hold a meeting, run a class or have an event can be challenging. You want a space that has good facilities but also meets your budget. But in fact Epping is lucky to have many options for a wide range of activities.
Community Bank Epping has been happy to assist with refurbishment and enhancement of some of these Epping venues through our community grants program.
This community facility has brought the old Guide Hall on Blaxland Road back to life. Rotary are now running it as a community venue – offering a large room with adjoining kitchen facilities. There is parking in adjacent roads, and it’s a short walk to the train station.
Community Bank Epping gave a grant when Rotary took on the hall. This helped provide modern meeting equipment and furniture and other refurbishments. Best of all, this is a not-for-profit facility – Rotary uses funds raised in their other community projects.
Contact Epping Rotary Hall for information and bookings.
This is more than just a bowling club – it’s a great venue for a social gathering or meeting and has one of the most beautiful locations in the district.
A licensed facility, there is a large main room with meeting equipment and a bar. But the highlight is the verandah which has sweeping views over the surrounding bushland and great sunsets.
In recent years the verandah has been refurbished with a Community Bank Epping grant – with a new roof and retractable windows, making for a flexible space.
Over the last six months, Epps Restaurant has been operating and become a popular spot for coffee, brunch or dinner at the weekends. They are now doing further upgrades and will unveil the new facilities in mid April 2026.
If you are looking for an event venue, give them a call to discuss what you have in mind – 9868 4482 or go to their website.
Church Halls
Epping has a lot of different halls adjoining churches around the district. They offer a variety of spaces and facilities which can be booked by local groups and events. Community Bank Epping has helped with recent upgrades:
All Saints North Epping: Kitchen renovations were funded by a grant
Epping Baptist Church: Replacement equipment in the kitchen was purchased
St Johns Anglican Beecroft: Hall floor repolishing, and new audio visual equipment. They have both a large and smaller hall space.
