Some wonderful feedback received after our Staff Grants Night, where each staff member nominated a different local community group or charity to donate $1000 to. One of our longest serving team members, Karen Lee, chose the National Centre for Childhood Grief.
“It was such a wonderful evening and incredibly special to meet with others who are doing such valuable work in the community. It was also lovely to finally meet Karen too, whom I have been in contact with a few times now over the years via email but never met in person.”
“So thank you for the opportunity to raise awareness of the NCCG, to learn about other organisations and to also meet the employees who nominated us all. It was heartwarming to hear their connections to the organisations.”
“The food and venue were also amazing. I lived in Epping for 5 years and used to go to that particular cafe a lot when it was Cafe Nero. It’s wonderful what the new people have done to the place to make it their own.”
“Once again, thank you for initiating this. I am so appreciative the NCCG could be involved in this inaugural event.”
Kind Regards
