Epping Score 1st and 2nd in the 60m state titles

Epping District Athletics Club celebrated a double win on the podium recently. Carl Corey Ewing and Lewis Clabburn, both coached by Andrew Murphy took out first and second place: Carl with a time of 6.79 into a -1.7 wind and Lewis, 6.90 into a -1.7 wind.

Bendigo Community Bank Epping has had a long-standing relationship with EDAC, a legendary club with a history of producing winners. As recent winners of our business award, it was heartening to see our logo emblazoned on the winners’ outfits!

School P&Cs initiate and run great extra programs

School P&Cs initiate and run great extra programs at our local schools, so Community Bank Epping loves to support them through our grants program.
Recently, Cheltenham Girls High School P&C launched a Breakfast Club, aiming at not only providing a nutritious breakfast but also bringing girls together from across the years for positive interaction and support.
What a great idea! We were happy to come to the party with funding for new furniture to fit out the brekkie area.

Whether you do yoga or join a dance group, attend

Whether you do yoga or join a dance group, attend playgroup or take English Language classes - the Epping area has lots of church halls that also double up as community hubs for a vast range of activities.

Usually available at a low-cost, these halls are invaluable to local groups. But they also need new equipment and upgrading from time to time. Community Bank Epping has helped out three of them in recent months:

✅ St Johns Beecroft - with a shiny new wooden floor, great for the babies at playgroup!
✅ Epping Baptist - events are so much easier now with a large dishwasher in the hall kitchen
✅ All Saints North Epping - special chairs for their seniors mobility program, Stepping On

There are few places around Epping where you will

There are few places around Epping where you will see bigger smiles and hear more joy than the Riding for the Disabled Centre in Marsfield. There incredible volunteers run riding programs for children and adults that literally change lives. And all funded through donations and fundraising.

Community Bank Epping is proud to be a major sponsor of the RDA NSW Ryde Centre and they have just completed a new project with our latest grant. They've built a new fenced area with an accessible pathway which will allow for more interactive experiences with horses. Well done RDA! 🐴

It's been announced that 26 great community projec

It's been announced that 26 great community projects around Epping are receiving funding from Community Bank Epping's initial 2025 grants and sponsorship round.
These include a number of major projects at local schools (through the P&Cs), and important equipment and training opportunities for community sports clubs. But there are also initiatives to help seniors learn how to avoid online scams, and programs offering leadership opportunities for young people. There is even a great animal welfare project.
