Community Bank Epping is remarkably lucky with its staff at the branch. So, it was wonderful to celebrate the long service and dedication of one of them recently. Karen Lee has worked with us for 20 years, and it was time to thank her and acknowledge all her hard work.

Under the guidance of branch manager Stephen Hu, the branch team comprises of Junie Kanlapan, Julie Galic and Karen, who is the longest serving team member.

Karen joined Bendigo Bank not long after the community bank branch was established in North Epping in late 2003 (see our history here). She is well known amongst bank customers for her friendly welcome, diligent service and helpfulness, as well as her great knowledge of local community organisations who the bank helps through our community grants program.

We recently celebrated her long service at the bank branch. Our Chair, Rob Phillips, led a presentation – and a lovely cake was enjoyed by all.
